While this is not material riches, it does give this person a deep purpose in their lives.

Their reasoning behind this is that the mind is very powerful, so whenever it gets out of control it can be a very destructive weapon. Of course, this does not mean that you should allow other people to take advantage of you, but you should start smiling and giving to worthy causes. We should also give others a “break” sometimes. If you do not do these things you are building a prison around yourself made out of your own worry and foolishness.
